We want you to succeed as much as you do.  Our new graduate therapists and intern Behaviour Practitioners are the future of Real Therapy Solutions, We have dedicated experienced Therapists/Team Leaders and Managers to support you through your first 12-month journey.

You will learn skills to support clients with varied backgrounds and support needs and you will be challenged by our clients, however, you WILL receive the support you need to make a real difference in people’s lives.

Our guarantee to you in the first 12-months or 4 weeks paid salary free:

• Induction training (from 3-5 days dependent on your discipline)
• Fortnightly one on one supervision for at least 4 months with your dedicated and experienced Team Leaders, (your supervision will move to monthly once you have mastered core skills and competencies)
• A buddy to reach out to whenever you need
• Group supervision with a team of peers every 2 months
• Bi-annual quarterly professional development training
• An initial reduced caseload that gradually build to a full case load at 5 months so you have plenty of time to prepare for sessions and commit to your learning
