At Real Therapy Solutions, we’re focused on delivering practical support that makes a difference in everyday life. As a local provider, we’re proud to be strengthening practitioner development through the School of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), delivered with MedHealth Academy and the University of Melbourne.
This initiative strengthens how we support the people and families we work with through consistent, high-quality PBS services.
The School of Positive Behaviour Support builds on our existing practitioner development model by embedding university-backed, structured learning into our pathway. It brings together practical experience, supervision and formal training to support practitioners as they build capability over time.
Delivered with the University of Melbourne
Through this opportunity with the University of Melbourne, a globally recognised tertiary institution, these micro-credentials formally recognise practitioner capability and progression, while strengthening the consistency and structure of how we train and support our team.
What this means for you
For participants and our partners, this means confidence that PBS services are delivered by practitioners who are supported through structured training, supervision and recognised learning.
Importantly, it also means support that translates into practical strategies that can be used in everyday settings – at home, in school, and in the community.
The School of Positive Behaviour Support builds on the strong foundations already in place at Real Therapy Solutions. It strengthens how we support our team to deliver consistent, practical and high-quality services that create meaningful outcomes over time.
