With over 10 years of experience at Real Therapy Solutions, Kate brings a wealth of clinical knowledge, leadership experience and a genuine passion for supporting people and teams to thrive.

Beginning her journey with RTS as an Occupational Therapist, Kate has progressed through a range of leadership roles, most recently as Clinic Support Manager. Her strong understanding of clinical practice, team development and organisational operations has been instrumental in shaping the way RTS supports both its clients and clinicians.

As General Manager, Kate plays a key role in shaping the strategic direction and continued growth of RTS. Working closely with the leadership team, she focuses on strengthening services, developing our people and ensuring RTS continues to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

Kate is passionate about fostering a positive, collaborative workplace where clinicians feel valued, supported and empowered to do their best work.
